For the Blue and White Porcelain of the Ming and Qing Dynasties by the Tianjin Museum, Relicase tailored showcases according to the character of porcelain. Majorities in this project were freestanding cases and wall display cases. These cases protect the blue and white porcelain and highlight the display effects of the exhibition hall.

China is the home of porcelain. Fine and translucent, blue-and-white ware is a unique branch of ancient Chinese porcelain. With blue decorations on the white surface, it is filled with beauty similar to that of the traditional Chinese ink painting-simple, fresh and elegant. Since the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368), it has been highly treasured by the Chinese people for its rich shapes, exquisite designs, and elegant quality. Blue and white porcelain, with its enduring charm, remained the mainstay of the ceramics in the Ming and Qing dynasties and was exported and imitated around the world.

The museum lies in Yinhe Plaza in the Hexi District of Tianjin and covers an area of about 50,000 square meters. The unique architectural style of the museum, whose appearance resembles that of a swan spreading its wings, has meant that it is quickly becoming one of the city's iconic buildings. The systematic collection of blue-and-white porcelain of the Ming and Qing dynasties, with representative wares of all the periods, is a major characteristic of the Tianjin Museum. This exhibition of more than 250 fine objects provides the visitors with a golden opportunity to appreciate the charm and enjoy the beauty embodied in the tranquil and elegant wares.
